holy shit you guys what a launch weekend for @misters_ice_cream_sandos !!!!!! I knew ppl liked ice cream but DAMNNNNNNNN you guys REALLY like ice cream sandwiches. 2 events, 539 ice cream sandwiches and nary a crumb leftover. thank you to every single one of you who came out, waited in line, scarfed them down and embraced all our first weekend quirks with smiles on ur faces and ice cream dripping down your arms. this weekend I was reminded why I love what I do. seeing five hundred adults find unbridled childlike joy and excitement at the prospect of consuming a single ice cream sandwich was exactly what this ever expanding heart needed.

Spent my birthday in Paris — Agreed to let a rat live under my chef’s hat because he said he had a vision. He spent the week controlling my every move by pulling my hair, sneaking me into restaurant kitchens, cooking flawless French food, winning over the city’s most feared food critic, almost getting us both exposed as frauds, and somehow ending up with our own bistro.

Cookies & Cream is now live!!! We started dreaming it up and running R&D on it back in 2023 (???) and are so amped for you to finally try it as our first ever summer seasonal. Each shake has a gajillion Oreos.

got to see @benjaminpuckey not once but 2x! To do my makeup 😭❤️‍🔥 and met @davidcolvin for the cutest bun 👱‍♀️

ate so much late night pizza but never enough ❣️

made it up to Hudson for a few special hours 💥
