Godmorgen fra skønne Poros 💙

Hver morgen, på denne tur, smutter jeg i det kolde havvand omkring kl. 6–6.15.

Bare fem minutter helt for mig selv, inden dagen for alvor begynder med yoga, morgenmad, Power Training og alle de skønne oplevelser, vi har foran os.

I dag er det speedbådsdag 🚤, så vi starter med yoga og morgenmad, og derefter går turen videre til dagens event.

Den skønne morgendukkert giver kroppen et lille chok - på den gode måde.

Og så er der noget helt særligt ved at stå der alene i det kolde havvand, mens resten af verden næsten stadig sover.

Det lille kolde chok til kroppen… det er fantastisk. 💦💙

I love cold water. I love ice swimming. I love meeting people and making new friendships. I love Instagram ❤️
This whole journey has given me so many special moments, like being invited by the Argentinian Embassy to an asado and a polo match, thoroughly enjoyed the whole event 🩵🤍🩵
I’ve had so many great opportunities and… a serious amount of bikinis 😂👙
I tried to count them this weekend. I’ve attached a couple of shots, but I’ll share the reel later 🕺😍

I don’t want to leave this beautiful, gentle place.

It’s not been a time of hurrying, pushing, creating noise other than sweet music. The connections formed have been as warm and nourishing as the sunshine.

The insights into a different way of being, healing, resonating and loving have at times been emotional and profound.

My talk with @theretirementrebel played to our individual strengths and showed how two older women are thriving in different ways.

In the evening there was a first for @vervefestival - film night sans popcorn although we all manifested hard for it to fall out of the sky! Awesome selection of shorts curated by @patrickfrostmedia including Dear Heart, filmed by @exploringemily and written by me.

Thank you Mark, the whizz behind the tech on stage and everyone in the team who brought this incredible festival together in such a magical setting. I’d love to come back 🙏🏻💚🩵

Small beer and a final conversation with the peacocks and I’ll be sleeping like a baby.

I want my life drum to stay just as it is as I grow older: beating strong under my vulnerabilities.

Each day is a privilege not a given.

Each wobble a sign of the two lives I nurtured within my belly.

Each line etched on my still supple skin a memory of some emotion felt deeply.

Uncurated movements, expressions and shapes. My mind still feels teenage butterflies. I hope my deep-rooted body, which was forced to hibernate for much of last year as a form of conscious protection, will unfurl gently.

Into the spring of my wise and wild life I step, one strong beat at a time ♥️

Right now our total age is 120 years - in our hearts and souls, not just our bodies and passports. Growing older has its challenges and drawbacks, but it does not define us.

I chose this place as a retreat, an escape, a beautiful combination of wild and familiar, somewhere to truly breathe and let go.

I am grateful to my parents for having taught me that it’s the simple things that keep us alive: water, food, shelter, warmth and love. Those things flourish here.

As I shape this place into something more than I could have imagined I often pause to reflect on how I am ageing: with an energy created deep down inside me: one life.

So, 120 years between us. This is what growing older can look like ❤️
