LIVE FROM HOLLYWOOD 🎤🌴

What a night.

This event was about bringing people together, sparking new friendships, having important conversations, and rebuilding the sense of connection that often feels missing.

Hollywood is at an important juncture. Families are feeling the pressure of rising housing costs, insurance, groceries and everyday expenses. Residents are concerned about flooding, overdevelopment and whether the next generation will be able to afford to stay in the community they grew up in.

But after knocking on thousands of doors across District 5, I remain incredibly optimistic about our future.

I’ve met hardworking, generous and deeply caring people who believe Hollywood can be better. They want safer neighborhoods, stronger infrastructure, responsible growth and a city government that makes informed, evidence-based decisions.

That is why I’m running.

I believe we can build a Hollywood that is more resilient, more connected and economically stronger while protecting the character of our neighborhoods. A city that embraces health and wellness, arts and culture, and our incredible natural environment.

As I said at my campaign kickoff, the future has to be built by design, not by default. But it cannot be my design alone. It has to be OUR design.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for Live From Hollywood, supported our campaign and helped make the evening so special.

A single commissioner cannot transform a city. But a community of people who care can.

Let’s get to work.

Honestly this has been such an eventful month guys… it’s to the point where I’m actually speechless. I believe as time progresses I won’t give that much detail anymore into these dumps 😗 because I started my YouTube journey and I feel like I’ll be expressing more through video 🙂‍↕️ rather than text. But for right now I really wanna give gratitude to the DIVINE because everything is always working out in my favor🤞🏾. Just have to continue to work on my patience and trusting that I’m GREAT regardless of my physical circumstances. I truly do love this little life that I’m building 🫱🏾‍🫲🏽🙂‍↔️and I’m greatful to do so with such wonderful people beside me. I love you all and I’m sooooo excited for this next chapter of content for me 🫶🏾✨

July, July, July. I swear every month just gets better…family, friends, community, myself. This month has just been filled with so many things, so many adventures, and so many first-time experiences. I swear I just become better because of them. Lesson of the month‼️‼️
communication and understanding my way versus everyone else’s way. I realized that I shouldn’t shrink myself to make everyone else feel comfortable in my presence and in the way I just exist. I tend to overthink how I show up in spaces because of other people’s perception, but I’m learning that through just being in my own energy and communicating my thoughts and feelings, it goes a long way in taking every step in a very grounded manner, to the point that no one can make me doubt the way I show up. I love this thing called life, and the fact that I get to experience it and learn about myself through my connections is one of the best parts of the human experience. Soooooo with all that reflection going on lol 🫠🥲 I’m looking forward to expanding my growth even more in this month of August.✨🤎
