From Farm Roots to Sustainable Innovations with Eric Berrill Episode #030

Curious about the future of sustainable farming? In this episode, Eric Berrill reveals how his humble farm roots and family values shaped his journey. Discover the story behind his groundbreaking innovations that blend sustainable agritech solutions with cutting-edge food waste technology. Eric also dives into his three thriving businesses—@norksolutions , @chewymooey , and nuaTech—showcasing his dynamic approach to a sustainable future in agriculture. Tune in for an inspiring conversation that you won't want to miss!

Eric Berrill began his journey in agriculture on his family's cattle farm, Nindi Pty Ltd. At the age of 25, he attended university and majored in economics. In 2014, he founded Chewy Mooey, which he sold in 2019, and then reacquired in 2022, with plans to relaunch it this year.

In late 2018, Eric's parents retired from Nindi, passing the farm to Eric and his wife. This transition required restructuring and a new name, resulting in the creation of Nork. Eric spent several years modernizing and fine-tuning the business.

In January 2024, he founded nuaTech with the intention of perfecting the equipment developed at Nork and Nindi before exporting it to select foreign markets.

Our CEO is taking part in the @vinnieswa @ceosleepout to raise money to support Australians in need 🙌🏽

Every night, over 116,000 people in Australia are homeless, and I believe everyone deserves a safe place to call home.

For one night, Eric will be sleeping outside to raise awareness and bring home the realities of homelessness. The money raised will help Vinnies provide services such as accommodation, food, counselling and support to those in need.

To help break the devastating cycle of homelessness, we need your support. Donating even $5 can make a tremendous difference to people who need it most.

Together we can make a difference!

Check the link in our bio 👆🏽

All donations are tax-deductible.
