BONDI 2 MANLY ROUND 2

Good hit out with the boys last weekend with the @bonditomanlyultra

Sun was an absolute scorcher hitting hard at the beginning of the leg. Trails, stairs & dirt tracks.

Not a bad result off of the back of some big races for the team & a tester for some upcoming ones in December.

Team share a bed 👀

What A Weekend. Friday night dinner with friends (hey, @vanessaelisha and @the_cutest_brutus!), featuring @mrgarygee’s eight-hour (yes, really - he made fresh pasta from scratch) lasagna.

Saturday morning radio with @abcinsydney, live from @sculpturebythesea.

Celebrating my beautiful mum’s 70th (yep, we did the Cook Islands this year too. Would recommend. It’s a year-long party). Just missing two VIPs from the fam shot (Gary taking the pic; Fenny having a nap). Sydney’s best vitello tonnato at @chioscobyormeggio.

Bushwalks, flannel flowers and snakes (oh my!) with @camillerennie.

And bookending the weekend with Vietnamese bowls on a balmy evening, swims and hanging with my favourite little guy (and his parents, @rhys.treasure @hbaleisis) – a grooving, laughing, Hairy Maclary-loving happy little dude with a twinkle in his eye. I already can’t wait to come back and play soccer. Even if we’re still working on how to kick the ball.

Sydney Eats & Treats - Week 1🇦🇺🌯

Lox in a Box
📍Coogee

LOVED this breakfast burrito, such a great combo of everything, even better enjoyed on the beach in the sun🌞

Bar Grenier
📍Newtown

Amazing steak here!!

On Wednesdays they have a great deal of unlimited steak frites for 69 dollars and the quality was unreal. We literally rolled out of there.

Sana
📍Coogee

One of my faves so far, delicious healthy salad bowls and the chicken and avo sandwich had the perfect saucy filling combo.

Brandon’s
📍Paddington

Really enjoyed these sandwiches, we shared the Caesar and katsu so we could try both but think the katsu was the best of the two. Enjoyed the caesar too but was heavy on the pickle flavour rather than your classic Caesar.

Butter Boy
📍Manly

Perfect post beach sweet treat but glad we shared, these were huge!!

Get Sashimi
📍Bondi

Loveee it here, so fresh and so reasonable for sushi. The prawn tempura sushi rolls are my fave so far.

Norma’s Deli
📍Manly

Another great sandwich. The sesame focaccia worked so well with this and the turkey pesto combo was so refreshing.

Grill’d
📍Bondi Junction

Such a great healthier fast food option. Loved the roast pepper and great kick from the spicy relish and jalepenos.

Camp Cove
📍Watson’s Bay

Amazing fresh orange juice on the beach🍊🍊

Watson’s Bay Hotel
📍Watson’s Bay

Gorgeous sea views here and loving the sarti spritz🍹

The Dolphin
📍Surrey Hills

The best Tommy’s margaritas so far and such a lovely pub!

My first Yo-Chi yayyy

A Friday ago 🐠 Featuring a pitstop in Newtown for a monty b @valetnewtown + sharing plates @maedanewtown 🍞🍱 before ferrying it to Manly + finding @normas_deli does 50% off goodies at the end of the day?! Perched on Shelly Beach to eat said goodies at sunset before wandering up thru a pretty bushwalking track to @nightatthebarracks for the temper trap! Very sweet if you ask me 🌅

Save this for when you’re in Sydney! I can’t believe I almost missed this plan. It was so beautiful and a must if you’re in Sydney and it’s sunny!!

A day in a life in Sydney Part 36. Spent a whole half day at Manly. From coffee to sunset by the beach 🌅 it was one of those slow day kinda vibe.

How our day went:
• Ferry ride to Manly wharf
• Coffee at @calibrate_coffee_manly
• Picnic by the beach @normas_deli @butterboybake @getsashimi
• Harbourside Sauna & Cold dip at the beach @harbourheatsauna [invite]
• Kebab & Gozleme by the beach till sunset
