Rewinding to all the yummy spots from my birthday week ✨🎂 Brunches, lunches, dinners and late-night bites! 🍸

We needed a quick bite in a spot with a cool vibe and big flavor, so we stopped through @saltandflourkitchen in the North Loop… with a little SOUL 🔥 thanks to Chef Gary Sherwood’s twist, making it Soul & Flour Kitchen.

Cocktails 🍸, a hot honey cupped pepperoni pizza, and a birthday candle to make a wish on got us all fueled up before catching live music and dancing all night! 🍕🎶💃🏽

We’re already planning our next visit, when we’ll have more time to explore the menu, enjoy the great tracklist 🎵🎹 and savor it all. 🔥🍸😋

Minnesota blonde, fall edit 🍂🤎

Keeping the blonde, just switching up the approach. ✨ High-lift color instead of bleach for a softer, more dimensional blonde that feels right for fall.

Think creamy tones, natural dimension, and a grow-out that just makes sense.

Minneapolis blondes, consider this your fall hair inspo. 🤍

Hey Twin Cities! If you’re looking for a fun and light hearted activity that will leave you smiling for the whole day, @puppiespaintingminneapolis just opened in the North Loop!

[Hosted] It’s been years since I’ve done “free painting” where I had the freedom to paint whatever I wanted and honestly it felt so grounding. After 45 minutes of painting, you get 30 minutes of puppy play time!

A few things to know:
🪑 Painting takes place on cushions on the floor (may not work for everyone)

🎨 Paint is non toxic, all supplies are provided. Feel free to bring inspo pictures for your art!

🐾 Puppies are from local breeders, 7-12 weeks old, and vaccinated. This can help socialize them to prepare for their new homes. Breeds change regularly and are announced days before each session.

🚙 Metered street parking is available

There’s so much going on in the world right now, this was the perfect little treat to put a smile on my face! And of course I found inspiration in nature, as always 🍃 ⛰️

Who would you do this with?

Painting for 45 minutes and then getting to snuggle dachshund puppies for 30 minutes?! 🥹🐶🎨 @puppiespaintingminneapolis

I brought my sister to Puppies & Painting in North Loop and we had SO much fun. The painting was such a fun way to start, but once they brought out the puppies… omggg 🥹🐾

Such a cute sister date or fun activity to do with friends in Minneapolis! 🤍
