Been doing hot yoga for the past 6 months, and starting at the bottom of a challenging new thing has been wild and inspiring! Teachers : this quick tweak can help your beautiful guiding voices cut through the music, by creating a small pocket for your voice to sit in. 🎵 ＦＥＲＲＯ - floating

Hi, I know we haven’t gotten very deep on this page in a minute, but we wanted to share a little something authentic 🧡

Life doesn’t always look how you thought it would.

Sometimes the plan changes, things fall apart, and we are not exempt from any of that. Lately it’s been hard not to wonder if you’re even headed in the right direction 😵‍💫

So we’ve all been doing our best to remind each other that maybe, it’s all unfolding in the best way possible, and maybe we’re exactly where we’re supposed to be.

So much so that we made it into a mf mantra and our new single “SUPPOSED TO BE” drops October 16.

If it ain’t fallin’ in place, it still ain’t over.

Bando loves you. 🧡 Pre-save in bio.

We are so excited to reunite with the amazing @anitavasan for this special offering. Join us for an embodied asana flow, integrating yoga philosophy, pranayama, yoga nidra, and sound meditation for a deeply restorative experience.

This is a non-heated event.
