Newport remedial project.

Our client came to us with water ingress to the habitable space below their tiled deck. We investigated and upon demolition found multiple structural defects and waterproofing failures.

We rebuilt a large portion of the structure due to rot damage, rebuilt the balustrade, implemented correct expansion joint spacings, waterproofed correctly and tiled. This new deck is now ready for the run into summer for our clients to enjoy worry and water free.

Nearly there. Just a few touches remain to complete this Palm Beach bathroom project✨
Delivering oodles of character, I’m loving the soft blue render against the travertine stone, with the depth of the antique brass hardware. Coastal with a twist 🐚
