Trainers that deadlift together stay together.🔥

Proud to coach alongside a team that puts in the same effort we ask of our clients. Consistency takes discipline, and it helps to have good people in your corner.

Last week I shared the numbers… now let me show you the transformation! 💪🔥

From 39.1% body fat to 30.6% — an incredible 8.5 percentage point reduction!

But what I love most about this transformation is that it’s about so much more than a number on a graph.

She’s getting stronger, lifting heavier, building muscle, and proving to herself just how much she’s capable of.

These results don’t happen overnight. They’re the product of consistency, hard work, showing up, and trusting the process, even when progress isn’t always visible.

Less body fat. More strength. More confidence.

And the best part? She’s still progressing! 👏

So incredibly proud of what she’s progressing 🔥
