Who’s my therapist?
Well… you tell me. 🌊⛰️

Sometimes, this is the only therapy I need.
The ocean and the mountains . The wind. Being outside. Feeling alive.

Like the King said:
Don’t pretend life is easy.
Instead, find what helps YOU get through the hard days — and what brings that smile back to your face.

For me, this is it. 💙🌊⛰️💥

Do you need this? 🌊

Sometimes, all you need is to escape everyday life for a few hours. Grab a SUP, pack a little food, a tent and a sleeping bag — and just go.

This little adventure was right outside Sola Strand Hotel, paddling out to a tiny island for the night. Nothing complicated. Nothing far away. But it felt like a whole different world.

One of my absolute favorite places to paddle SUP has to be Sakrisøy in Lofoten. 🏄‍♀️🏔️ I used the @hoverair_global aqua drone to film this .

Being able to get out on the water and paddle around the island is something special. From the SUP, you really get to take in the incredible surroundings — the mountains rising straight from the sea, the crystal-clear water, the little fishing villages and that unique Lofoten landscape. #

When the weather is nice, the sea is completely calm and everything feels still… it’s honestly hard to imagine a better place to be. 💙

You can rent a SUP right at Sakrisøy, stay on the island, enjoy great food and really slow down and experience the place.

So if you’re planning a trip to Lofoten, I definitely recommend stopping at Sakrisøy. Stay for a while, enjoy the surroundings, and if the weather allows — grab a SUP and paddle around the island.

One of those places that reminds you just how beautiful Lofoten really is. 🌊🏔️

This is one of those sessions I’ll never forget.
Riding on water this unreal, surrounded by glaciers and mountains, felt like being on another planet.
Some places stay with you forever, and this is definitely one of them.
Grateful for moments like these. 🤍🏔️🌊 #rrdwatersports #glomfjord

Frames from the camera roll that I want to save in my heart🦋 Spring time at home is my favorite: growing herbs again, running under the lilacs, acai with my mini, homebaked goods, dips in the ocean. Craving all the sun rays these days☀️☀️🤞🏼
