Flame and Pearl's name didn't come from a random generator..

Oysters are one of our passions. Eating them, serving them, and especially teaching the knowledge we've learned about oysters to beginners and anyone who will listen!

Proudly offering at least 1 selection of oyster in house at all times here @feroxwines 📍

Wednesday nights are for shucking around @notellcocktail from 6:00pm-10:00pm with weekly features to mix things up. You won't want to miss us all October long. 🦪

Don't forget to find us shucking the weekend away at everyone's favorite annual @sip.niagara 📍
This October 3rd & 4th.

Every month, my industry friend @amberknowsniagara organizes a dinner club that visits a different spot and gives back to a charitable cause. This month’s cause: No One Goes Hungry by @lending_niagara . This month’s spot: No Tell Cocktail Salon & Bar in Niagara Falls. @notellcocktail
By day it’s a hair salon. By night it turns into a cocktail speakeasy, with oysters served by @flame.and.pearl . Watching them prepare it all up close was fascinating.
And the charcuterie? Not your mama’s charcuterie board, and it tasted excellent.
If you haven’t been yet, you must give it a visit. Let me know what you think.

I like fun. I like personality. But at work, I’m professional, organized and very communicative.
I’ll be honest, it’s been a busy few days, and a fun few days too, so I haven’t had time to work on my content. In the meantime, I thought I’d try this cool format out and share it.
Location courtesy of 11 Primrose Street, a beautiful semi-detached condo bungalow for sale in the heart of Fonthill.
Coming up soon:
* A reel on the @notellcocktail and the oysters by @flame.and.pearl
* The fabulous, fun, colourful wedding of my industry colleague, mentor and work friend, @realtorcarlie
