It’s coming along! Feeling really stoked about the progress. Hopefully I will get more time on it before it gets too cold. I have it down to two long sections that overlap around the middle now. Just need to work up my power endurance to get through the entire line.

Got to use the new knee pad my hubby got for me, LOVE IT!! Thank you @notenoughtension

Worked the whole starting and middle sequence almost immediately this session, then began focusing on figuring out the top section. It’s overhung on some decent but not great pinches and less than wonderful feet… feels insecure and scary. I’m not trusting myself, I’m t-rex-ing 🦖 too much and getting too pumped. I basically have one session left to get the send before all of the walls get reset for the upcoming youth comp this weekend. Normally I would have more time to work on it. Whether I get it or not, this thing has been incredible to work on and this is the most stoked I’ve been on projecting an indoor boulder in quite a while! @rockshopclimbing thanks for the rad set!
@notenoughtension thanks for being the best support system and helping me work through this top section!

Okay, so I have officially done all of the moves on my project now. I have worked all the sections with substantial overlap so I know it all flows well. Now I just need to do it all from start to finish. Thank you @notenoughtension for all of your support and encouragement along the way!

This is a #WB4Bites post to give a HUGE shoutout to everyone hopping on the boards, trying @willbrush4beta problems, and dropping some love! I put a lot of work refining the climbs I publish, and I sincerely hope they bring some fun (and try-hard) to your sessions! 🫡 ⛽️

Alright, so I redid the pull up challenge from last week. If you remember, they claim was that less than 5% of women can do 1 strict pull up and less than 1% of women can do 5 consecutive strict pull ups. I don’t know where they are pulling their numbers from but I don’t know that I think that’s accurate. I know a lot of other strong female climbers that are very capable of this and more. I think more women would be capable if they trained for it but a majority of women don’t feel motivated or driven to train for it and that’s entirely okay. Strength training is vital for women’s health but it doesn’t have to be pull ups. 😉
