My heart is so full 🤍🥹 I don’t think I’ll ever be able to put into words how special it felt to be surrounded by so many people I love, all gathered together to celebrate this chapter of my life. Thank you to everyone who took the time to be there, celebrate with me, shower me with so much love, and make this day one I’ll hold onto forever. And to my beautiful bridesmaids — thank you will never feel like enough. From planning every little detail, decorating, organizing, and putting so much thought and love into every part of the day, you reminded me just how lucky I am to have you in my corner. You made me feel so loved, seen, and celebrated, and I’ll forever cherish the time, effort, and love you poured into making this day so beautiful. 🥹💐

I walked into my bridal shower as a bride-to-be and walked away feeling even more grateful for the people who have loved me through every chapter. My heart is overflowing, and I can’t wait to carry all of this love with me into the next one. 🤍💍

We truly couldn’t have done it without all of you and we couldn’t be more grateful. 🥹

On June 27, we hosted Boundless Cultural Fair 2026 at North York Centre — and the turnout was beyond what we expected.

With over 30 booths, cultural experiences, local food, artisan vendors, live performances, and our Cultural Passport activity, the event brought people of all ages together to celebrate culture, diversity, and connection.

Seeing everyone participate, connect, and enjoy the day reminded us why spaces like this matter.

Thank you to the Department of Canadian Heritage for supporting this initiative, and to all of our volunteers, performers, vendors, partners, sponsors, and visitors who made this event possible.

Le 27 juin, nous avons organisé Boundless Cultural Fair 2026 au North York Centre — et la participation a dépassé toutes nos attentes.

Avec plus de 30 kiosques, des expériences culturelles, de la cuisine locale, des artisans, des spectacles en direct et notre activité Cultural Passport, l’événement a rassemblé des personnes de tous âges pour célébrer la culture, la diversité et les liens communautaires.

Voir tout le monde participer, échanger et profiter de cette journée nous a rappelé pourquoi des espaces comme celui-ci sont si importants.

Merci au ministère du Patrimoine canadien pour son soutien à cette initiative, ainsi qu’à tous nos bénévoles, artistes, vendeurs, partenaires, commanditaires et visiteurs qui ont rendu cet événement possible.

Julianna, our founder had the pleasure of attending @obscuraemedia’s TIFF event on behalf of Grey Couch, where she shared in co-creating a “mindful moment” with guests. ✨

The evening was a reminder of how essential it is to gather, connect, and share good food and conversation because after all, the very things that make us human.

At Grey Couch, we believe therapy extends beyond actual session. The moments we create outside, in community, creativity, and connection are what truly shape our well-being.
