A while ago, I hosted a couple of journalling workshops with one simple intention—to create a space where people could slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves. . . Since then, I've received messages from participants sharing how journaling has helped them become more aware of their emotions, gain clarity during difficult phases, build consistency with self-reflection, and simply make a little more space for themselves in their everyday lives. Reading those messages has been incredibly meaningful. . . So, I'm opening that space once again. . . But this time, it's a 3-day Journalling Workshop—designed to help you move beyond "dear diary" and experience journalling as a gentle practice for clarity, emotional awareness, and intentional living. . . If you've been wanting to start journalling (be it junk journalling or diary writing) but didn't know where to begin, or if you're looking to deepen your existing practice, I'd love to have you there. . . More details coming soon. 💛 Stay tuned ❤️ . . #JournallingWorkshop #JournalingJourney #JournalWithMe #MindfulLiving #SelfReflection PersonalGrowth MentalWellbeing EmotionalWellness InnerWork SelfDiscovery MindfulnessPractice HealingJourney WriteToHeal DailyJournaling IntentionalLiving WellnessCommunity GrowthMindset SelfCarePractices ConsciousLiving JournalPrompt ReflectAndGrow WellnessWorkshop PersonalDevelopment CreateSpace YourBrandName
