My 2026 vision board is giving manifestation realness. Beyond proud and honored that @kathryngong for giving me an opportunity to be a part of this project. Being allowed to post this alone almost feels like stolen valor because of how much she and the rest of the team have put themselves into the series. Life might not be a contest, but regardless, my girl Kathryn is winning at it anyway.

Grateful for everyone who’s supported, are supporting, or willing to support in the future. This is as much for you as it is for us so if you’re ready for some levity, please come check @notflexiblecomedy out!

premiered the finale of my web series last week and a big tenet of yoga is action without attachment to results but it’s cool when the results are good :)

the fifth and final episode drops tonight and even if you are pretending yoga is not in your zeitgeist it will still be better for your brain and soul than spiraling over your family holiday drama or replaying your ex’s new ex’s gratitude reel

thank you to everyone who showed up and contributed to the show. thank you to @thelincolnlodge for hosting. thank you to yoga and comedy and mental illness and chicago. full episodes of @notflexiblecomedy on YouTube and TikTok
