Another year of life. Another moment to appreciate how far this pen has taken me. 🎂🥂

Hip-hop has given me a voice, a purpose, and connections that go beyond the music. Celebrating my birthday with my name on Hus Kingpin’s WAVO 3000 is something I don’t take lightly.

“The Wave Ship” featuring yours truly, TRITTY. 🌊 Salute to Hus, Ill Clinton & Us Natives Rx for letting me contribute to the vision. Always an honor to build with people who respect the craft.

To everyone who ever caught a bar, shared a record, or put somebody on to my music—love. That’s what keeps the pen moving. 🤝

Show some birthday love by sharing this reel. Let’s keep the music traveling yall !!! LINK IN BIO 🔗

Mad Good Records (@madgoodrecords) proudly announces the return of underground hip-hop production duo TPE.WRM (@tpe.wrm) and Ill Clinton (@notillclinton), collectively known as The Sound Surgeons, with their long-awaited NEW collaborative instrumental album, Sound Surgeons III.

Originally joining forces in 2014, Ill Clinton and TPE.WRM (formerly known as Morbidly-O-Beats) established The Sound Surgeons as a formidable production duo, delivering raw, gritty instrumentals rooted in the underground hip-hop tradition. Following their initial collaboration, the duo returned in 2016 with their second installment, both projects released through US Natives Records.

Now, a decade later, The Sound Surgeons have reconnected, overcoming life’s adversities to deliver their third chapter of pure sonic chaos. Sound Surgeons III marks their first collaborative release in ten years, bringing together two distinctive production styles for another hard-hitting instrumental experience.

Staying true to their signature sound, the album delivers gritty drums, dusty samples, rugged textures and neck-snapping beats. Each producer commands a dedicated side of the project, with Side A featuring TPE.WRM and Side B featuring Ill Clinton, giving listeners two unique perspectives on the duo’s unmistakable underground aesthetic.

Adding to the album’s raw, analog character, all tracks were recorded to tape using a Tascam 388 and mastered through the Golden Pedal by TPE.WRM, preserving the warmth, grit and authenticity that define The Sound Surgeons’ production.

Sound Surgeons III is more than a reunion. It’s the continuation of a creative partnership that began over a decade ago, proving that the chemistry between these two producers remains as powerful as ever.

Sound Surgeons III arrives November 6, 2026, on limited-edition cassette, CD and digital download via Mad Good Records.
