Leg grind first, chest pump later. Hardness before fun

📹 Leg Day Recap
I don’t know what it is, but I forget to film chest day all the time.
Maybe because my legs got more to show for 😛
.
Building hamstrings really pays off — I’m starting to see more definition, and my legs look a lot fuller, especially from the side.
Can’t complain — staying consistent with nutrition is my main goal 💪
.
💥 Workout

Hack Squat — 2x 8–12 (1-1-3) 🎥
Hip Thrust — 2x 8–10 + 1x 12–15 (1-1-3)
DB RDL — 2x 8–10 (1-1-3)

Pull Day again — this time with my wife @duvefit
.
Because couples who train together, stay together!
.
We only had about 1 hour, so I didn’t film everything. Still, it’s always valuable to look back — not just for the memories, but also for performance feedback. Sometimes you don’t notice small mistakes until you watch yourself later.
.
Today’s workout:
• Unilateral chest-supported pulldown — 2×8–10
• Wide grip lat pulldown — 3×8–12
• Seated row machine (wide grip) — 2×8–12
• Chest-supported cable row — 2×8–12
• Rear delt swing — 3×12
• Cable preacher curls — 2× failure
• Hammer curls — 2× failure
.
Nothing fancy, just consistent work — and sharing the journey together makes it so much better 🙌
