Tyla
Music & Sound
South Africa

Tyla’s 2025 influence followed her rapid global ascent, as she transitioned from breakout success into sustained international relevance. Building on the momentum of her self-titled debut Tyla, she continued releasing music that resonated strongly across pop, Afrobeats, and R&B markets. Her 2025 touring schedule included major festival appearances and headline shows in the US and Europe, where she was embraced as one of Africa’s most promising crossover stars. Tyla’s cultural impact lies in how she expanded South African pop’s global footprint, proving that Amapiano-adjacent and Afro-pop sounds can thrive on the world’s biggest stages.
