A quick ‘sneak peek’ … still early days working on this solo and could not be happier with how it’s coming on 💛

Another wonderfully thought provoking question to take us into October from @rambertgrades … and this one really gets to the heart of why we dance, why we teach and why dance makes our souls sing because when we risk take, when we dare to really loose ourselves in the moment the magic happens 💛

I could talk all day about PBT! Drop me a question about PBT @nova.danceco , how it could elevate your dancer’s dance journey and how it fits alongside their @royalacademyofdance ballet class. We can’t wait to hear from you. 🖤💫#dancerlife #progressingballettechnique #trustthejourney #balletlife

A little behind the scenes from @nova.danceco content shoot.
I’m beyond passionate about PBT and love teaching these classes. Drop me a DM if you’d like to know a bit more about PBT and how it can elevate your child’s dance journey or book a 2 week trial via the link in my bio.

Had to pop this on the grid! Just one year into their @rambertgrades Contemporary dance journey and I’m not only insanely proud of how far they’ve come but so excited for their future.
Last night we explored space, musicality and shifts in dynamics alongside their Grades work, and this is the bit I love most about teaching contemporary dance, where confidence grows, and they begin to discover their own voice. Magic. 💛 Rambert Grades @nova.danceco
