Texas is home now, but Idaho will always be home too. 🥹

A little recap of the people, places, river days, gym days & all the pieces of Idaho I’ll forever come back for.

My heart is very lucky to have a home in two places. 🤍

Nova and I are both former competitive gymnasts turned bodybuilders, and every gymnast out there knows it was basically a full-time job. 🤍 The discipline, work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to embrace the grind made the transition into bodybuilding feel natural.

We both found bodybuilding at a young age, but we’ve each found our own place in the sport. I’m currently in prep chasing my Figure goals, while Nova is in her growth season building for her 2027 Wellness debut.

Different divisions. Same passion.

Figure vs. Wellness.
