✨ 7 Tips to Maximize Your EMSELLA Results!

7️⃣ Sit Upright, Not Slouched 🪑
Your posture helps ensure the electromagnetic field targets your deep pelvic floor muscles for effective stimulation.

6️⃣ Keep Feet Flat on the Ground 👣
This stabilizes your pelvis and keeps you centered over the magnetic field for thousands of pelvic floor contractions.

5️⃣ Open Your Hip Angle 🦋
Slightly separate your legs and relax your hips. This helps optimize stimulation of the levator ani muscles, which play an important role in bladder control.

4️⃣ Stay Centered on the Chair 🎯
Your pelvis should be positioned directly above the electromagnetic coil for optimal muscle stimulation.

3️⃣ Wear Comfortable, Thin Clothing 👖
Choose leggings, joggers, or yoga pants for comfort and proper positioning during treatment.

2️⃣ Stay Hydrated 💧
Proper hydration supports normal muscle function. Drink water before your session and stay hydrated throughout your treatment plan.

1️⃣ Stick to Your Treatment Plan 📅
Most patients complete 6 sessions over 3 weeks, followed by maintenance as recommended. Consistency helps support longer-lasting improvements.

💜 Proper positioning + consistency = Getting the most out of every EMSELLA session!

Building smaller lips over time are so worth it.
One year, two and half syringes later.

Regular Tox also softened the fine lines in forehead and crows feet, while lifting the brow. Perfection 🤌

FULL FACE TOX 💉✨
With @jessrn_aesthetics

Botox isn’t just for your forehead! We’re talking full-face balancing 👏🏼

✨ Brows subtle lift + softer expression
✨ Forehead smooth those horizontal lines
✨ Crow’s feet soften those little smile lines
✨ Masseters relax those strong jaw muscles + help with clenching
✨ Nose strategic placement around the edges can help create a more refined, slimmer-looking appearance

The goal? Not frozen. Not overdone. Just refreshed, balanced & still YOU. 🤍

Because sometimes a little Tox in the right places can make the whole face look more harmonious. ✨
