Korean innovation meets Korean-inspired bites. 🍃 Yesterday we had the pleasure of catering the NOVASKIN Professionals event at Triple CCC in Amsterdam Noord. NOVASKIN brings Korean beauty innovation to the Dutch beauty industry, and we were there to serve the bites. To match the theme, we created a menu inspired by Korean flavours: 🟢 Green pea & white miso flan with kimchi crumble 🐟 Tuna crudo with fig leaf emulsion, finger lime & danmuji 🥩 Korean steak tartare with black garlic crème & nashi pear 🍵 Matcha, mango & yuja Fermented, fresh and full of umami, served in the Umami and Co way: calm, refined and detailed down to the last petal. Thank you @novaskin_professionals and @ccc.amsterdam for having us. 🤍 Planning an event, launch or private dinner? We create bites that fit your brand and your story. Send us a DM or email info@umamiandco.com to talk about your next event. #umamiandco #novaskinprofessionals #tripleccc #amsterdamnoord #amsterdamevents
