I love you so so so so so so so much...

...if you wear a costume this Sunday for Sunday Funday!

It’s Halloween, and we’re obsessed with the spooky spirit. Anything from a Willow tree to a Bear, or whatever you can come up with.

No costume? No problem! Come on down and join the fun.

This Sunday we’re back with our friends @thevegannom. We’ll meet up at 8am for announcements and to start the run!

Whether you’re running, walking, or both, we’ll meet back up at 9am for breakfast. And of course, you’re always welcome to just show up at 9 for food.

Nervous about wearing a costume? Looks like Avo got the party started! At least I hope...

Hope to see you there!

“Look out! It’s a wasp!”

Slow down there, partner. Our new friend plays a very important role in the environment!

Did you know wasps are effective pollinators AND give us free pest control? Wow!

Most wasps also live alone. Our new friend, Jane, is an independent woman trying to make it in Austin. Yeah, feel bad now don’t ya?

And she’ll be there (in spirit (no actual wasps are expected)) this week at Sunday Funday!

If you don’t know, every Sunday we meet at a veg-friendly eatery in Austin. This week, we’re with our pals @deardiary_coffee.

We’ll meet at 8am outside Dear Diary for announcements, then you’ll have a choice of a few workouts; everything from a 3mi walk to a 5mi run. There’s always a few folks in each group so you can find your colony!

Then, by 9am, we’ll hang out at Dear Diary and enjoy good food, good conversation, and great coffee.

Hope to see you there!

Still not convinced wasps are cool? How about this: our mascot Avo’s home tree was pollinated by a wasp!

Literally getting Sunday Funday before GTA VI.

Which is a good thing! This Sunday we’re back at @deardiary_coffee at 8am for Sunday Funday.

At 8am we’ll meet up to start the workout. By 9am we’ll be back at Dear Diary enjoying a tasty breakfast.

We’ll have the usual workout options; 3mi run, 5mi run, or a 1-hour walk.

Want to just come for breakfast? The more the merrier!

So before GTA 6 overtakes your life in November, come spend October with PPA.

As always, being vegan/vegetarian is NOT a requirement to hang out with us. All are welcome! But we do ask you order plant based if you’re eating at PPA events

Uh oh, Avo’s trying to run at Zilker. Unfortunately it’s closed to prep for ACL!

But you know where you can run? With us at @casadeluz_atx.

While I’m away preparing Avo’s legal defense, you can come join us this Sunday at 8am. If you’re not familiar with us:

Every Sunday we meet up (this week at 8am) at a veg-friendly restaurant and begin our workout.

You’ll have a choice of a 3 mile run, 5 mile run, or 1 hour walk.

Then at 9am we’ll meet back up at Casa and enjoy breakfast and casual vibes!

As always, all are welcome and being vegan/vegetarian is not a requirement to join PPA. PPA itself is totally free, though breakfast isn’t included

Hope to see you there!

Avo thinks they’re joining the “Austin Texas Food Corporation”. But we’re actually headed back to @atxfoodco for Sunday Funday!

We’ll meet up ATX Food Co at 8am for announcements, embark on our run or walk, then meet back at ATX Food Co for breakfast. What’s not to love?!?

Workout options include:
- 3 mile run
- 5 mile run
- Walking group
- And, of course, anything else you’d like to do!

While the breakfast tacos will cost ya, PPA itself is 100% free to join and being vegan or vegetarian is not at all a requirement, though we do ask you order vegan food if you’re eating at PPA events.

Hope to see you there!
