It can be frustrating for a designer to pour so much into one small piece, knowing the person wearing it will never see any of it. Jewelry designer Nowar Sadi decided to show us everything. One ring. Forty-three hours. Twenty-two grams of silver. A pencil sketch no one will see. A wax body, printed and reprinted. A night in plaster, half a day in the kiln, and then thirty seconds of silver poured at around 893°C. What comes out is grey and scorched, until Nowar and her mother finish it by hand in their Paris studio. The label just says sterling silver. The full story is now live on the link in.

@nowar.studio is a new jewelry project with a futuristic and organic aesthetic, founded in 2026 by Nowar Sadi. The designer develops the studio alongside her mother, through an exchange of expertise in which creation and craftsmanship remain closely connected. Beyond their mother-daughter relationship, their collaboration is rooted in the transmission of knowledge and a shared approach to craftsmanship. The creations explore the relationship between jewelry and the body, emerging from its contours, moving around it, or sometimes appearing to exist independently from it. Rather than approaching its pieces as mere ornamentation, NOWAR STUDIO conceives each piece as an object in its own right, with its own identity and physical presence. Its “future-organic” visual language places the studio at the intersection of contemporary jewelry, fashion, design, and collectible objects, extending even into its approach to production. All pieces are handcrafted in-house by Nowar and her mother. The studio primarily works with sterling silver and 18-karat gold-plated vermeil. The jewelry is mostly made to order, helping to limit inventory while maintaining direct control over quality and finishing. Silver from failed castings, prototypes, and unused pieces is recovered, purified, and reintroduced into the production cycle. @nowar.studio
