Thursdays leg session was a unreal one

Really felt the burn 🔥 and had to dig deep on the last sets.

Now had a planned off meal back at it tomorrow and also in for some recovery work.

24lbs Down! Over the last 12/13 weeks, my good friend and coach, Paul at NOW OR NEVER COACHING, has helped me get my diet back on track, providing the knowledge, support and guidance that every good coach should.

It’s not always been easy, and he’s certainly had to put up with his fair share of my usual moaning 😂, but what he’s helped me achieve has been unreal, and he deserves a huge amount of credit for the results!

I’ve always been active and structured with my training, but like most people, I enjoy my food a little too much, tend to overeat and treat myself more often than I probably should if I want to maintain a lean physique.

Paul hasn’t just helped me lose 24lbs, he’s helped me build better habits, understand nutrition specific to me and my preferences, and, most importantly, develop the mindset I needed to get back on track and work towards my goals.

Massive thanks to Paul for his patience, encouragement and continued support. Couldn’t recommend him enough! 👏🏼

24lbs down, a better mindset and plenty more to come.

So this is a mixup of last weeks, been really busy and only just got around to getting this up. Be we stayed consistant and kept turning up, unfortunately had to have a couple of days of after doing my back in.

But we are going to be getting straight back to it. 💪🏻

I am not even any where close to where i want to be yet but so far so happy with what we've achieved.

JANUARY I WAS AT MY HEAVIEST SAT AT 25 STONE, ITS MAD TO THINK I WAS THAT AND STILL THINK HOW DID IT HAPPEN. I HAPPY TO SAY WE ARE NOW IN A BTTER PLACE SAT AT 18 STONE 9LB.

THE TRANSFORMATION JOURNEY HAS ONLY JUST GOT STARTED REALLY AND THE GOAL IS TO BE ON A STAGE COMPETING. The next few years we are going to push limits and just keep setting targets

Big shout out to @nowornever_coaching for everything so far and let us continue into this journey and create a total different animal.
