Here we have 1 athlete, a couple days apart @noyodaaa
We aren’t saying this lower half adjustment is engraved and long term yet, but it’s a start! Noah came in super jumpy off the back leg as he threw. This came from an extremely slanted and muscle driven force vector that set him up to triple extend, cause early flyout, killing velo and zone control consistency.

The approach we took was shortening his window through rotational pick offs to master that plane, allow the center to drive the throw, and learn to get in and out of internal rotation that he had the capability to get into. This stabilizing of the body let him efficiently get down the slope in a optimized kinematic sequence instead of driving a throw like a push mower. This will be a long term process. There is still a lot we need to work on and nothing has been done without full context behind physiological assessment, psychological perspectives of why he has these issues, and the proof through skill based testing that the ground we stand upon is accurate based on the individual.
