“Neither Snow, Nor Rain, Nor Common sense” That was the tag line for these beauties circa 89 when #widenkennedy created this ad for #Nikes #AirPegasusACG later called the #AirPegasusAT which was introduced circa 91. These were special to us kids back on the #i95 corridor because we wanted to look fresh from head to toe while we took a beating from the elements. The brands like #Polo #TommyHilfiger #Benetton and streetwear legends like the @themadnessshop we’re making functional and fashionable clothes that had these unique color pops that would create these seamless “fits” for the ladies to “catch fits” Peep the #hotlava substrate on the swoosh ... this attention to detail is what made consumers diehard fans/stans of the brand ... that authentic connection to to the consumers needs and appeal to their desires. This almost came back in 2010 but business decisions got in the way and it went back into the vault ... it’s one of the only 2 samples I know of. Maybe it will make its way back one day #ACG #Nike
