There's a reason we call them Fatherhood Experiences.

We don't just want dads to get a workout.

We want you to leave with something.

New connections. New opportunities. New memories. A full stomach. Maybe a raffle prize. 🤷‍♂️

This is what happens when a community decides fathers are worth investing in. We're so grateful for the businesses and organizations that continue pouring into our guys and helping us create experiences dads can actually look forward to.

Thank you to:
@drinkbiolyte for hydrating every dad
@fitlifefoods for the healthier treats
@justdogsatl for the post workout dogs
@4kira4dads for the towels
@buffalo_chikz for amazing chicken dip
@the_dadish for the raffle grand prize
@shakeshack for the raffle gifts
@projectleannation_intown for the coupons and discount code

We appreciate every one of you.

Built different. Built together. 💪

Another Saturday. Another room full of dads choosing to show up—for themselves and for each other.

One thing we love seeing is that every Community Workout has brought in new faces. It's not the same group of dads every month. Every event, more men are finding the community, stepping into the room, and building relationships that didn't exist before.

That's exactly why we do this.

Huge thank you to everyone who came out to @rhousefitness and to all of our community partners, sponsors, and volunteers who helped make it happen.

This is just the first photo dump. We've still got plenty more photos and videos coming. 👀

Everything. Always. Captured. 📸

Ashley Williams of Narcissistic Photography Inc. has been behind the lens capturing the moments, the energy, the brotherhood, and the growth of AFA.

We’re proud to officially call @np.inc the Official Photographer of the Atlanta Fathers Association.

Because we’re not just building something worth remembering — we’re making sure it’s documented along the way.

You see a boxing workout.

We see a world-changing movement.

We see friendships being built. We see conversations starting. We see men choosing community over isolation. We see fathers investing in themselves so they can keep showing up for the people who need them most.

That's how stronger families and stronger communities get built.

That's what we do at AFA.

Huge thank you to A Fighter 4 Life Boxing & Fitness for hosting us and to every one of our incredible community partners who helped make the night possible. We couldn't do this without you.

Our next Fatherhood Experiences: Community Workout is Saturday, September 5 at R'House Fitness. Come sweat, connect, and become part of what we're building.

We're just getting started. 💪

Last night was special. 🥊

A room full of fathers chose to invest in themselves. They came together to challenge themselves, encourage one another, and leave stronger than they arrived.

Huge thank you to @afighter4life for opening your doors, our incredible community partners for helping us make this experience possible, and every dad who showed up ready to put in the work.

More on this event to come, but this is what Fatherhood Experiences is all about.

Brotherhood. Growth. Community.

On to the next one. 💪

One year ago, Atlanta Fathers Association was just an idea.

Today, it's a growing community of fathers showing up for one another across metro Atlanta.

From rooftop meetups and family events to workouts, mental wellness sessions, community partnerships, and everything in between... every event, every conversation, and every connection has brought us one step closer to our mission.

This isn't the finish line. It's just Year One.

Thank you to every dad who showed up, every volunteer who gave their time, every organization that believed in us, and every partner who helped make this possible.

Here's to building Year Two. 🍻

When Atlanta Fathers Association hosts a workout, it's never just about the workout.

Sure, we're getting stronger. Sure, we're prioritizing our health. But the real goal is building a community of fathers who know they don't have to do this alone.

For two hours, dads from across the city came together to train, connect, laugh, compete, share stories, and build relationships that extend far beyond the gym walls.

Huge thank you to @reesefitness_ for leading an incredible workout, @bodyplugliftingclub for opening up one of the best facilities in the metro, and @thebodyplug_ for making the day possible.

Special thanks to our sponsors and partners:

🧢 @dadcrew.shop

Free refreshments. Free apparel. Free meal cards. Free giveaways.

More importantly... a room full of fathers investing in themselves and each other.

This is what fatherhood looks like.

A lot of people talk about supporting fathers.

@jcpenney actually did it.

Shout out to the managers, employees, and teams across Metro Atlanta that helped create a special Father's Day experience for dads and their families.

From the raffles and refreshments to the conversations and smiles, it was great seeing fathers get a little love for a change.

Appreciate every dad that came out and represented.

Shout-out to @rw5ive for pullin up to the #Stonecrest location! Check out his new single Hell&Back out now. #BABYROW

And @notesbyadad for pullin up to the #MallOfGeorgia spot! Follow him to watch his fatherhood journey.

And a very special thank you to JCPenney for trusting AFA to help bring fathers through the doors.

Good people. Good vibes. Good fathers.

Let's do it again. 🤝

Happy Father's Day from the Atlanta Fathers Association.

Last night, dads from across metro Atlanta came together for another Pops Pull-Up.

No presentations. Just fathers building community, sharing laughs, and enjoying a night out with other dads who understand the journey.

The narrative around fatherhood is changing, and dads in Atlanta are setting the trend.

To every dad putting in the work day after day: we appreciate you.

Happy Father's Day. 🤝
