Imagine what could change in a year if you just started saying yes.

Yes to the opportunities that scare you. Yes to the things you don’t feel ready for. Yes to becoming someone you’ve never been before.

That’s exactly what I did in my 28th year on this planet 🌍

Yesterday was my 29th birthday and looking back at these moments made me realise just how much a year can change you without you even realising.

It’s amazing what can happen when you put yourself out there, do things that scare you and stop talking yourself out of things.

Sometimes you don’t realise what you’re capable of until you give yourself the chance to find out.

I really REALLY lived by the quote ‘bite off more than you can chew and chew it’ 😅

Day 1 of 29yrs old. If this is what saying yes made possible at 28, I’m excited to see what another 365 days could hold 🚀🩷

🏆 A moment worth remembering. A journey that continues.

Looking back at this moment from 2025 brings back a lot of gratitude.

Being recognised as Commercial Developer of the Year at the National Property Awards 2025 was a proud milestone. Awards like these mean that little bit more when you understand the years of hard work, setbacks, risks and sacrifices that sit behind them.

A big thank you to the NPA team for creating a platform that celebrates the people, businesses and achievements shaping our industry.

It’s great to see a new generation of property professionals stepping forward this year, putting themselves out there and being recognised for their work. To everyone nominated, shortlisted or simply working towards their next milestone — keep going. Every journey looks different, and there’s room for all of us to grow.

I’ve been a little quieter on here this year, not because the ambition has changed, but because much of my focus has been on building and progressing some real projects behind the scenes. Sometimes the most important work happens away from the spotlight.

I’m proud of what this moment represented, grateful for the people who have been part of the journey, and excited about what’s still to come.

The awards are a moment. The work continues long after the photographs.

Congratulations to everyone involved in this year’s NPA Awards. Here’s to the next generation, continued growth and raising the bar together. 👏

Grateful to be a finalist. We didn’t bring an award home but it was great to be celebrated and nominated. Great day out with the team, we had an absolute blast!

It was an amazing evening and a huge milestone for us. Of course, we’re disappointed not to take the trophy home but we are proud of what we've built over the past 12 months.
