Who else is really looking forward to the re-start of the NRL this week?
Joining Simon and I in Episode #2 of the MADMEN Podcasts this week are two of the really decent men of the game.

Brett Kimmorley (Noddy) was a stalwart of the New South Wales Blues and played 15 times for the Kangaroos.
Christian Welch from the Melbourne Storm made his debut for the QLD Maroons in Game 3 last year and has fought back from several serious knee injuries to line up this week.

We talk about navigating the road back to playing through the COVID-19 crisis, Christian's role as Player Rep negotiating with the NRL and more importantly life after the game and how some of the biggest losses happen off the field.

A moving and inspirational chat indeed!

As once our loan is up we’re back to square one + with numbers at outreach sharply rising due to COVID-19, we’re going to need current capacity and some.
_
A small 🔟 dollar donation today will help + together we can be the difference.

Even though we can’t be together physically, we would like to show respect to Country to which we are on. Paying respects to elders both past, present & emerging. From the Eora Nation through to the Dharug & Tharawal Nations respectively.
