Some days I’m genuinely so proud of the woman I’m becoming.

Other days? I’m overwhelmed, overthinking absolutely everything and wondering what the actual fuck I’m doing. 😂

But one thing I’ve learnt is that healing doesn’t mean never having a bad day again.

It doesn’t mean always being confident, always being strong or always having your shit together.

Sometimes healing is setting a boundary and immediately feeling guilty about it.

Sometimes it’s going to the gym, getting dressed up, laughing with your girlfriends and remembering there’s still so much life left to live.

And sometimes it’s just getting through the day without completely losing your mind. 🫠

You can be happy and still be healing.

You can be strong and still need support.

You can be doing better and still have days where everything feels a little too much.

None of that takes away from how far you’ve come.

So here’s your reminder that you don’t have to be completely healed to deserve a beautiful life.

We’re all just figuring it out as we go babe.

Are you in your healing era, your hot mess era, or somehow BOTH? 😂👇🏽

Keeping Bella fight ready for One Round Wars 🥊🔥

Yesterday we got some work in at @worldgymburpengary 💪🏼

With me currently studying my fitness qualifications, I’m thinking Bella might just be my first little project client 👀🤭

I also may have asked her to try out the new NS45 gym set!

Building strength, confidence & putting what I’m learning into practice. Watch this space, we’ve got work to do! 💅🏼🖤

“last Minute Molly” Look she actually works so well under pressure sometimes 😅🙋🏻‍♀️ She is me. She is late. She is unorganised, but sometimes I’m a lot less stressed than I could be because I haven’t even thought of it yet! Either way another thing over and done with for now.
Reliving your trauma through a phone, to a stranger with no space or emotions between questions is hard, sure. For me I kinda prefer it let’s just get the facts done and move tf on.
So I am going back to being avoidant where necessary to protect my own head space ✨🤍

How me and my big old gob got me here is still absolutely wild to me 😅🙋🏻‍♀️ I was so star struck walking into that podcast studio and low key felt like I was going to have a panic attack and d*e… but as per usual she survived! Probably just yapped for a whole 45 minutes straight. I don’t know what’s more nerve wracking at this point - doing the podcast or freaking out about what I said for when it comes out! Ha.
What a freaking legend Danny Shannon is. He’s actually such a vibe in person and he brought his gorgeous Mrs Kyra along. Loved it! Once again big thank you to @acolourfulpastpodcast for having me and all the love and support along the way 🫶
