POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

There are moments in life that words simply cannot do justice, and this is one of them.

Almost two years ago, we helped load him onto a trailer and said what we believed was our final goodbye. He wasn’t our horse, and he was never meant to be. Yet somehow, in such a short amount of time, he found a permanent place in this girl’s heart.

They found each other when they both needed healing. He was broken and scared, and so was she. Through quiet moments and an unspoken bond, he helped carry her through some of the darkest days of her life.

Being able to surprise her with this reunion is a gift we’ll never forget. It is a memory that will be etched into our hearts forever. Not a birthday or Christmas went by where seeing him again wasn’t on her wish list. She never stopped asking, even though deep down, she never truly believed it would actually happen.

Our gratitude to Northstar Equestrian at Greenfield Farm goes far beyond words. They owed us nothing, yet they opened their doors and allowed us this incredibly special reunion simply out of the kindness of their hearts.

And a very special thank you to Emily, who immediately jumped in and gave her time to let Daelyn ride him, love on him, and simply have those precious moments together again. She didn’t have to do that either, but she did—and it meant more to us than she will ever know.

Just when you start to feel like the world has lost some of its kindness, moments like this remind you that there are still incredibly good people in it. People who give without expecting anything in return. People who open their hearts and make someone else’s dreams come true.

This experience didn’t just give Daelyn a reunion with a horse she never stopped loving. It reminded all of us a little more about the goodness that still exists in this world.

Some bonds never fade. Time and distance may separate us, but love has a remarkable way of finding its way back home.

Forever grateful. ❤️

🌟 Student Spotlight 🌟

Meet Emily, a recent Howard-Suamico School District graduate and Youth Apprentice at Northstar Equestrian at Greenfield Farm! 🐎

Bethany Parins, Farm Owner & Head Instructor, shared:

"Emily is one of the best workers I've ever had! She's always eager and enthusiastic! And she's a very, very hard worker. She is a huge asset to our farm, and we appreciate and value all of her expertise and the bright personality that she brings with her every day."

Emily, you should be incredibly proud of yourself. Being described as one of the best workers your employer has ever had speaks to your hard work, enthusiasm, expertise, and the positive impact you make every day. The fact that they value not only your skills but also the bright personality you bring to the farm is a testament to the difference you're making! Way to go!

Leslie Chelstrom Clinic 2026! Thank you @leslie_lamb_eventing for sharing your weekend with us! Greg and Odessa were super! I love practicing the discipline for myself and working on ride ability and straightness. Excited to focus on getting ready for our 2026 goals!

7 horses clipped today! Thanks McKenna, Lyric and Abbie for your help! They did everything from bathing, trace clips, full clips, trimming manes and feathers, hot oiling and cleaning up hair I’m so proud of you guys for taking the initiative to learn! And selfishly I’ll need someone to eventually take over my job 😂

Pro tip: don’t ever clip a dirty horse. Just don’t do it. No matter if you think it will be fine. It will make your life miserable.

As always I love the @andisclippers they make the job so much easier!!

I debated sharing this round for a few days now because it’s not perfect but decided to share because dang am I proud of us. This was our biggest track together over a technical course and we had to go first in the order of go.

Let’s be honest there are far more not perfect rounds than there are perfect rounds when riding horses so although we had a couple rails I’m proud of our round. After the past couple summers disappointing myself with my mental game in the ring it’s nice to feel things coming together again. Greg tried his hardest and there is honestly nothing I love more than riding this horse, he may not be the easiest but he sure does make me smile the whole time. I just love looking at how far we have come. So here’s to the journey 🫶🏻
