Sharks, you SHOWED OUT!! We had an AMAZING turnout at our first FCA meeting, and our hearts are so full!! We’re already SO EXCITED for what’s to come! 💙

A huge thank you to Amalee and Bennett for boldly sharing your testimonies and to Tyler for speaking the Word of God over us!

We loved seeing so many smiling faces and can’t wait to continue growing in faith, building relationships, and pursuing Christ together this year!

Have a blessed week, and GO IN PEACE!! ✝️💙

“I want to make sure on Day 1 that these girls know that their health comes before their sport,” shares returning Lane 9 College Athlete Ambassador, Bella Grant. She joined us for our inaugural program last year (2025), and excited to be back, continuing to support and engage in conversations about eating enough, regular periods, and mental health on her XC team.

Bella is an exercise science student, and was tired of sports physicians telling her teammates that NOT getting a period was “normal” in sports. She shares, “I joined [Lane 9] because I knew it would benefit my team, my coaches, and even myself, to serve as a consistent reminder that physical and mental well-being is crucial to this sport.”

Applications are OPEN for our 2026 Fall Athlete Ambassador program, DM us for the link!

This program is for YOU or your program if you feel excited about supporting athletes in women’s sports, and value women’s health. We are here to help prevent REDs, and keep athletes in their sport.
