Building something special! That’s exactly what Scorpions Cross Country proved today at the last race of the regular season. Fourteen of 15 runners set personal bests, with Julianna Ondrisko and Semaj Hall setting official school records in the women’s 6k (23:11.7) and the men’s 8k (28:25.4), respectively. Julianna finished 21st out of 121 runners and Semaj finished 96th out of 159 runners. The inaugural season goal of getting better each week and building momentum as a brand new program has been met. “I am super proud of our teams,” said Head Coach Roy Session. “They ran today the way they have been training.” Congratulations to every one of our student athletes who set the standard for our program moving forward!
