Watching my baby boy graduate as Salutatorian of his high school class was an incredible moment - but even more rewarding is seeing the way he walks through life every day.

Jacob is the most loving brother, son, grandson, cousin, nephew, friend, and student - and one of the smartest, most curious, understanding, and funniest people I know.

I may have cried 5 (10) times today.. the feeling of gratitude for my life and these 36 years I’ve been on this planet and the lessons I get to learn and the LOVE I get to experience and the FOOD I get to eat and all the BOOKS I get to read and I think I ate 36 OYSTERS this week 🦪 and of course finishing with birthday pasta 🍝 @socialebrooklyn my most proudest accomplishment sharing it with the love of my life @nuccinyc being surrounded by the best team and community and best friends that have become family. And all of our family with the far distance between us, are always the closet to us ❤️. Thank you for making this new year the best! Forever grateful for all the love 💗

Always the best time with the best people. It’s hard to say if every year keeps getting better because each year is filled with so many incredible memories. But second year in a row in this house in Sardegna is simply magical. So proud of my son-in-law @nuccinyc the newest citizen of these United States of America. No matter what differences of opinions people have, at least we live in a country where you are free to have those opinions. And now to have this man who could have chosen to be anywhere in the world CHOOSE to make this his home and pledge alliance to the country and its flag makes my heart happy. We need to remember that we are very lucky to be given the opportunity to be American citizens. And I do mean GIVEN. I didn't have to apply or take a test to be a citizen. I was lucky enough to be born here and have my ancestry here. My family fought throughout its history to keep this republic free and I am grateful to those who came before and those who will come after.
For those who want what we have and will work hard to go through the difficult and, yes, even expensive, channels to get what we were blessed with, I give my heartfelt support and love.
