How i prepared for this cleanse🤩

Taking bio x4 a month before my cleanse, helped curve my appetite to minimal eating . Eating foods i love just in smaller portions, while feeling fully satisfied! #gamechanger

✨going into day three, so far I’ve lost 2.1 LBS (morning of day 3 i lost .4oz)

Day 1 and 2 are complete, overall I’m feeling good! The cravings for food are kicking in!
Ive noticed slight impact on my energy levels.
GUESS i need to drink a lot more water
Trying to drink at least 80-100 oz of water is a challenge for me.
By day 2 i did get hungry, but it’s manageable, although it’s difficult while the rest of the family is not is eating savory meals and snacks.

Reminder!
Supplements are key to keeping your mind and body in good health.

💯The first supplement to LITERALLY change my life‼️
•
I could go on and on about how much I LOVE this product so I’ll try and keep it short!
•
For me, taking this product with every meal has changed my eating experience 100%! I’ve always struggled with my relationship with food bc everything I ate hurt my stomach.. No. Matter. What! IT SUCKED!
•
Although this supplement is marketed for weight loss, it works WONDERS on ▶️digestion!◀️ (Which is how it promotes HEALTHY weight loss!) ✨Bio-X4✨has 1️⃣: a Probiotic Blend 2️⃣: 3 Digestive Enzymes (Amylase, Lipase, & Bromelain) 3️⃣: Green Tea Extract 4️⃣: Caralluma Fimbriata Extract (a flower that helps with craving control- and YES it really works)

Achieving our weight-loss goals is much easier said than done. We can do all the right things, like eat well and exercise, BUT still fall short on our goals.

The truth is, diet and exercise need to be approached the right way. It all starts with understanding HOW we gain weight, and WHY we retain stubborn body fat.

☕️Two things I love: Oatmeal and Tea.🥣
There is a tea for every and any occasion and oatmeal just taste like home.💕

Favorite tea: @celestialtea Apple Cinnamon (herbal non caffeinated)

Drinking now: @tradmedicinals Echinacea with raw farmers market honey #shoplocal

In my oats:
•Grated zucchini
•Old fashioned organic oats
•Flaxseed meal
•Prebiotic powder @nucific
•Plant based protein powder with super foods @biohealthnutrition (I also like @traderjoes plant based protein- a little less sweet and less grams protein per scoop)
•Dried blueberries
•Sliced toasted almonds
•Dry coconut flakes
•Sea salt
•Unsweetened soy milk

Most of our health problems lie within our #Gut. #NucificBioX4 helps with that! You know, I don't ever promote anything unless I truly believe in it. Well, I believe in this product and trust it based on a lot of extensive research of my own. So, check it out! .
.
Bio X4 is made up of nothing but pure natural ingredients. It contains good digestive enzymes and beneficial bacteria, which your gut needs to function properly. When taken together, these substances will improve gut microbiome health, which will in turn improve cognitive function, mood, physical performance, and overall health. .
.
Nucifix Bio X4 is a good source of Digestive Enzymes and Probiotics to help with your overall gut health, EGCG to support a faster metabolism, and Caralluma Fimbriata to help kick those nasty food cravings.
.
I ordered mine on the 3rd and received this box in only 3 days! Now, my body will have what it needs to help me on my new health journey. (Yes, they come in glass jars!) Order yours today at www.nucific.com
