POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Some people came for the collection.
Some came out of curiosity.
Some came just to say hi.
but the best part of this collection wasn’t the clothes. It was the people who brought them to life.

Life is made of moments that quietly become memories before anyone realizes it.

A room is just a room until it’s filled with people who bring it to life. Thank you to every face that walked through the door and became part of a memory that will be cherished for a long time.

ARE YOU ALIVE OR JUST EXISTING?

a little glimpse from @morteils first collection showcase recently

This collection is really personal to me.
It comes from a time when I was let down, underestimated, and doubted. There were moments I wasnt sure if im on the right track and had no idea what i was doing and felt unseen.
I’m still far from where i want to be but i know that ill get there one day.

This show wouldn’t happened without the incredible team behind it and the love from friends and family.
Thank you to everyone who believed in me and supported the journey.

It’s okay to feel lost sometimes, just dont ever stop. Keep showing up for yourself, even on the days you feel unsure because those days still count.

CALM BEFORE THE STORM collection will be released January 26 only at www.morteils.id

two years ago today i drew him and gave it on his first gig. i hope he didn't notice but i was shaking when i handed him the gift haha! later i was beyond surprised to know he'd create his upcoming album cover from it. and much much later i found out my drawing displayed in a cafe. dont get sick cause i'll be bragging about this everytime. thank you akil for this unexpected journey. who knew my impulsive thoughts would lead me here?

a funeral, a celebration, akil berani
2025 • glitch pop

challenging death by hosting a picnic atop a skyscraper, “a funeral, a celebration” opens new eyes to the unseen wonders of this life, unafraid to shamelessly live for big dreams and profound love. the indonesian artist personalizes these experiences and contorts the status quo, distorting the matrix of bubblegum-like synth and guitar work. hastiness prevails like an amish young adult ostracized from their community, featherweight to the point of some means for grounding. though in this chaotic journey, it’s your responsibility to learn how to love existing even when you never had a choice in the first place.

fav: i mistook the bomb threat for a joke… it killed me, shy canines, upplaga!, dandelion tops
