Toronto, you showed UP and showed OUT for Jamaica this weekend! 💛💚🖤❤️ Our hearts are with those impacted by this devastating disaster, and ReclaimRebuildEgWest and Little Jamaica CLT are proud to do our part in contributing to the rebuilding efforts💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾

To the INCREDIBLE CREW of volunteers who gave their time and labour to ensuring this day was a success-THANK YOU❤️. We had folks come through before 11am and stay until 11pm y’all!! We even had folks who stayed AFTER they had dropped off donations at Studio M! 🙌🏾🫶🏾Our community is strong and those who supported are tagged in the post (msg me if I missed you!)
We love you all and are so grateful for you ❤️❤️❤️❤️

We also want to thank the Jamaican Canadian Association, @jcaontario, for their support and guidance in this endeavour! They will be facilitating the transfer of all donations to the Office of Disaster Preparedness and Emergency Management (ODPEM) in Jamaica 👏🏾 if you have anytime, we ask that you support their efforts as well by volunteering at 995 Arrow Rd 🎊❤️
The JCA is also hosting a Hurricane Relief Concert this Thursday Nov 6th, starting at 5pm! Tickets are 25$, buy them while you still can! 🎊🙌🏾

The Donation Drop Off produced:
⭐️over 40 packed barrels
⭐️Entire garage full of clothing
⭐️10ft UHaul of donations we didn’t pack in barrels

To date, we have:
✅ Dropped the Uhaul of donations off at the JCA

In the Process of:
➡️Transporting the 40+ Barrels
➡️Sorting the Clothes & Facilitating their drop off with JCA

Love from Marcus and Anyika ❤️
