What if you didn’t have to wait for “that thing” to feel good?

In this session, we explored what it means to feel it now — the joy, the peace, the abundance, the version of you that already has what you desire.

Through meditation, visualization, and creative expression, we shifted from waiting… to embodying.
From overthinking… to feeling.
From lack… to gratitude.

Each collage became a mirror — a daily reminder of the energy we choose to live in ✨

Because the real change doesn’t start when life gives you something…
It starts when you become the person who already feels it.

Create the feeling.
Live it today.
Let the rest follow.

Today’s art therapy prompt: the two faces we carry.

The one we show the world.
And the one holding the feelings we often hide.

When we give those emotions space on paper, they don’t have to stay inside us.

Creating can be a powerful way to come back to the present. 🎨

Thank you to everyone who joined and shared their hidden feelings in a safe space at @cometohive

A pause by the sea 🌊 🌀

Last weekend we stepped away from the noise of Dubai and into something much simpler.

No studio.
No materials.
No expectations.

Just paper, a pen, and the sound of the waves.

She began drawing spirals — slow, continuous, flowing lines.
Following the rhythm of the ocean.
Letting the hand move without overthinking.

The spiral is grounding.
It regulates the nervous system.
It brings us back into the body.
Back into the present moment.

You don’t need anything complicated to reset.

If your mind feels busy…
If life feels loud…
If your nervous system feels overstimulated…

Go somewhere natural.
Sit down.
Draw spirals.
Breathe with the movement.

Let your hand move the way the waves move.

Sometimes healing is this simple.
