FULL DAY OF EATING

This is what my perfect day of food looks like.

A healthy balance of macros, tasty and satisfying food spread across 7 meals throughout the day so this means NO hunger pangs!

And yes pastries and desserts are allowed even in a deficit!
Most importantly, enjoy the food and your journey 😌😌

Save this if you find it useful! 🥰

Another day, another simple lunchbox😋 It may seem really TOO simple but everything was done in less than 30mins!

The teriyaki chicken has been so well marinated and it goes so well with the veg & steamed brown rice😋

The addiction is real😂
This week I rotated back to the Teriyaki chicken thigh & brown rice again because I really like them!😋

Made kimbap with my steamed brown rice. Added in carrot & egg, simple & easy😉

Then my usual stir fry vegetables & teriyaki chicken thigh for proteins😋

New week & new choices!😍
Carbs & proteins from @nutrifymeals 😋 Choice of steamed brown rice for carbs & really tender chicken chop black pink for proteins😍

So far I’ve really been enjoying my meal prep each week with the help & it definitely helping me towards what I’ve plan for the year😉

And yes I prep my own vegetables cause I love it my way❤️

Ecstatic to announce that I'm with @nutrifymeals now! Always a huge believer that if one fails to plan, they plan to fail. The tenancy of you going off your diet is much lower if you have your meals with you!⁣

Quote "JEROME" to save you some money when you order for them! Happy shopping!

So this morning, the national papers dedicated more than half a page to tell the story of my fitness journey.

It’s premium content on @straits_times because I show some skin, I think. 🤓

Sharing 5 excerpts here for those interested in learning about my struggles and motivations behind taking charge of my health.

I hope, whichever phase of life you’re in, and whatever cards you’ve been dealt, this inspires you in some way to start taking control of your personal health.

And if you’re looking for a place to start, @ejphilip and @nutrifymeals are a highly recommended bet.

Thank you all for words of encouragement along the way.

Taking a bit of a breather as I prepare to dive into the new projects for 2022. Things get insane March onwards and am excited to share some things I’ve NEVER done before coming your way!

I needed to get in shape, physically and mentally and I’ve been getting loads of questions in my DM’s about my fitness journey with @ejphilip @alphabeastfitness.sg
@nutrifymeals @nutrifyprep

A story will be published tomorrow chronicling some aspects of the journey, and I will share info about how you can access that.

Hint; Do you guys still read the newspapers? 🤓

In this image, I am looking down, contemplating life’s difficult questions;

1. Is that a cockroach on my shoe?

2. Was it worth waking up at 5am to get this shot?

3. With the new budget announcement, should I do carrot cake or nasi lemak for breakfast?

P.S: Swipe right to see my condition 3 months ago.

Rotating the menu is what I wanna do for myself each week. Got my help again from @nutrifymeals and this week Carbs is oven baked pumpkin & protein is teriyaki chicken thigh😋

So far I’ve been enjoying their food & omg last week kumura cubes are so good too!😍 (perhaps gonna secretly order again soon)

Oh yes & feat my maybe boring meal prep🤪 stir fry Chye sim to go along with the carbs and protein!

It’s been almost a month since my last meal prep☺️

Back to the kitchen today with a little help! Got my carbs & protein settled with @nutrifyprep this week. Got their Kumura cubes(sweet potatoes) & lemon salmon that comes in 500g package 😉

While I made stir fry Nai Bai & mushroom for a full complete staple meal😋

Something I was reminded of recently…⁣
⁣
𝗦𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗟𝗼𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗲𝗱⁣
⁣
I remember when I was studying at Uni I was getting fairly average grades for my coursework⁣
⁣
I literally would hold off starting them until the day before they were due 🤦🏻‍♂️⁣
⁣
Now, when I say speed, I don’t mean the type of speed I used to pull all nighters to get the work done 🥴🤪⁣
⁣
I mean that when I know the work needs to be done, it needs to be done instantly with a sense of urgency ⁣
⁣
Operating out of urgency is going to get you results quicker ⁣
⁣
Putting things off to the last minute is slow and SPEED always trumps slow⁣
⁣
When you put things off, homeostasis sets in. This is the tendency to live within existing conditions and avoid change ⁣
⁣
When you take action quickly, people are drawn to you ⁣
⁣
Your creativity juices are flowing ⁣
⁣
Good shit happens fast in your life ⁣
⁣
If you procrastinate or hesitate or keep putting it off, time becomes your worst enemy⁣
⁣
None of us are getting any younger, and the sooner you realise the inherent value of speed ⁣
⁣
The more serious you take your goals ⁣
⁣
The more urgency you build into your daily habits⁣
⁣
𝗦𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗲𝗱. 𝗧𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗻𝗼𝘄. ⁣
⁣
What are you waiting for?⁣
