If you’re preparing for an embryo transfer and wish you had personalised guidance or you just want to do better on what to eat and how to nourish your body, I’m here to help. 🤍🌿

Let’s take the guesswork out of nutrition and focus on supporting your fertility and feeling better.
⚠️Possible side affects:
Improved skin, hair, nails, mood and overall wellbeing.

💌 DM me “NOURISH” and let’s chat about how I can support you. ✨

Also @ninjakitchenuk @frejabonebroth I’ve unintentionally ‘influenced’ over 50 people to ask and purchase your products in the last few weeks and you sadly won’t give me a little discount code for followers on IVF/TTC / FERTILITY journey. Proportionally that’s a huge amount of my followers and it’s sad that the big dawgs are the only ones getting recognition in this game of social medyaaaa!

📦 Delivery day! 💪🏃‍♂️ Love a restock when supplies are running low!

Caffeine gels, creatine and magnesium back in the cupboard. Some supplements have good evidence behind them, others less so. They’re no substitute for the basics: training, nutrition, sleep and recovery.

Always learning what works for me. 👊

Let’s go, +50s! Keep moving, keep improving! 🔥

Back in May I started my collagen journey with Nutrition Geeks to see if I noticed any difference in my hair ❤️

Recently I’ve noticed it growing, so I thought I’d do a little comparison… 👀😍

I’d like to say this isn’t a regular morning, but honestly, it happens at least 4 times a year.. more than average, right?!

I just want to give this company a shout out as I have used their products for a while now. If you are looking to boost your health then look them up. I use Vitamin D3 to support the immune system as we live up North and get a lack of sunshine in the winter months. Biotin Growth for hair, nails and skin and tumeric. Please follow the guidelines on the packets.

MY DAILY SUPPLEMENT STACK & WHAT EACH ONE DOES FOR ME 🏋️‍♂️💪🏿

I get asked about my supplements, so here’s a look at what I use and why! 👇🏿

🥛 Whey Protein Isolate – Helps me meet my daily protein goals, supports muscle growth and repair, and aids recovery after workouts. 💪🏼

⚡ Creatine Monohydrate – Helps improve strength, power and performance during high-intensity exercise. Great for supporting training progress and building muscle over time.

🍊 Vitamin C – Supports the immune system, helps protect cells from oxidative stress, and contributes to normal collagen formation for healthy skin, cartilage and bones.

🦴 Calcium + Vitamin D3 – Calcium supports strong bones and teeth, while vitamin D helps the body absorb calcium and contributes to normal muscle function and immune health.

😴 Magnesium Glycinate – Magnesium contributes to normal muscle and nerve function, energy metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

🔋 Vitamin B-Complex – B vitamins help the body release energy from food and support normal nervous system function. Some also contribute to reducing tiredness and fatigue.

⚠️Remember: Supplements are there to supplement a balanced diet, not replace it! Everyone’s needs are different, so choose what works for your goals and lifestyle. Always follow the recommended dosage and check with a healthcare professional if you’re unsure what’s right for you.

Consistency with training, nutrition, hydration and sleep will always be key!🔑

🦶 THE VIGO BACKYARD ULTRA — THE BIG FOOT REVEAL! 😂

At the end of Vigo BYU I decided to film the grand reveal of my feet. I was going to turn it into a fancy little reel, then thought… nah, sometimes it’s important to just keep it real!

So here it is, completely unedited and in all its glory. 🤢😂

A little warning: if feet aren’t your thing, look away now! 👀🤣

For context, both my big toenails were already dead before the race, and I was taking bets on which yard they’d finally decide to pack their bags and leave! 😂

110 miles. Well over 10,000ft of elevation. We changed the outer socks twice, I believe, while the toe socks stayed on throughout. Shoes were changed once.

Before the socks went on, I also applied @trailskinuk Trench Foot Cream as part of my foot-care routine.

And do you know what? I’m genuinely chuffed with how much I’ve improved my foot care this year. After all the miles, hills and hours on my feet, the difference is something I’m really pleased with.

Anyone who runs ultras knows that looking after your feet can make or break a race. You can have all the fitness in the world, but if your feet give up, you’re in trouble! 🏃‍♂️⛰️

Right then… who wants to put a bet on those toenails? 😂🦶#ultrarunning #runnersofinstagram #running #worlderunners #backyardultra
