From making @gatorade in the kitchen to T-ball and then heading straight to Woodbridge for Friday night lights, our evenings are BUSY!

And somewhere between practices, games, and getting everyone where they need to be, I still want to feel a little put together. 😂

That’s why I’ve been loving my @subtlbeauty Stak! A full face of makeup in minutes, right from my car, without digging through an entire makeup bag. Perfect for busy moms who are always on the go!

Even better, you can use my code for 15% off your own Stak! 💗

Your body can be ready to perform, but is your mind? 🧠🏃‍♀️

As an athlete, mental focus is just as important as physical training. From pushing through tough workouts to staying locked in on race day, I’m always looking for ways to support my daily routine.

I’ve been incorporating Nutrops’ natural mushroom product into my routine as part of my focus and wellness journey. 🍄✨

Because performance isn’t just about how hard you train — it’s also about how you show up mentally.

A little peek at what gets me through those long tourney days! This one was local, so I got to pack a little lighter than I normally would for an out-of-town weekend.

#SoccerMomLife #TournamentMom #SoccerMomEssentials #YouthSoccerMom #SidelineMom

I’m great at reminding the boys to hydrate, but not always great at taking my own advice. Starting my day with a Liquid I.V. is an easy win for me, and the new Blood Orange flavor is by far my favorite.

A little extra? Probably. But the boys loved them! I grabbed the patches and ribbon from Michaels, and these slides were already a few years old and starting to get a hole in the top. So really, I was just being resourceful, right?

Long tournament days call for caffeine. Sometimes a little more than usual. I love that this gives me some protein, fiber, and electrolytes along with it. And seriously, I’d choose this over anything at the fields or even Starbucks!

Because when your kid is in goal and the finals come down to penalty kicks, you need all the calm you can get. I’ve been trying these caffeine-free gummies as part of my routine, and that little packet is so easy to toss in my bag.

I love a little sweet treat, my wallet does not love concession stand prices. We’ve tried to eliminate red dye in the house where we can, so these are pretty much a guilt free treat the whole family can enjoy.

I don’t think we’ve ever made it through an entire tournament weekend without someone needing a Band-Aid. And somehow, it’s usually one of my own kids.

And of course, the most important thing I bring is my cheering voice ✨ Because no matter what else is in my bag, being there for them is my favorite part.

Okayyy, I’m always down to try something that might give me more energy and focus to get through the day and my never ending to-do list!

@nutrops sent me their nootropic gummies so I had to try them! I love the convenience of these! I have tried other mushroom products, but this requires zero effort other than throw them in my purse and eat them in the car. 🤣

If you’d like to try them yourself, you can use my link in my bio and get 45% off your first order! 🐻
