From legacy to leadership, these California Walnut farmers are redefining what it means to grow with purpose.

👩‍🌾 Caleigh Martella is leading the regenerative & organic shift in her family's 4th-generation farm that puts sustainability and the next generation at the heart of every decision.
🌿 Melissa Machado Cheney blends her roots in a 100-year-old family farm with her passion for health and fitness to inspire well-being in her community.
🌎 Mollie Sitkin is a pioneer in California’s first Regenerative Organic Certified walnut farm, proving that good food and good stewardship go hand in hand.
💪 Theresa Schneider is a fourth-generation grower breaking barriers in ag leadership, while nurturing the next generation of women in farming, starting with her own daughters.

These women are redefining what it means to grow California Walnuts, and we’re proud to celebrate their impact 👏.
