I believe in staying active & movement keeps us strong—and sometimes, that means closing the laptop, squeezing in the time and stepping onto the court.

16KM. 5 hours 10 minutes.

Bukan sekadar berenang jauh. Ini tentang sejauh mana badan dan mental aku boleh bertahan.

Panas, penat, energy makin hilang.
Tapi cabaran paling berat bila berdepan dengan obor-obor.

Kena sengat sampai satu tahap hampir sesak nafas dan badan menggigil. Dalam kepala memang ada rasa takut — tapi dalam masa yang sama, aku tahu aku masih nak teruskan.

Akhirnya, kami berjaya habiskan 16KM relay dalam masa 5 jam 10 minit.

Bila sampai ke penghujung, rasa penat tu susah nak digambarkan. Tapi satu benda yang aku pasti…

Kalau diberi peluang untuk buat sekali lagi, aku akan sahut cabaran itu.

Sebab kadang-kadang kita tak tahu sejauh mana kita mampu pergi, sampai kita letakkan diri kita dalam situasi yang memaksa kita untuk terus bertahan.

Terima kasih Aquademic kerana beri aku peluang untuk merasai pengalaman yang aku takkan lupa ini.

Dan terima kasih NUVA untuk sponsorship apparel sepanjang journey ini.
