The best tools are the ones you stop noticing 🌍

On World Cleanup Day, the will to help is never in short supply. But long routes and heavy loads can wear you down before the job is done.

The NÜWIEL eTrailer is the tool that quietly helps in the background.

Attached to your bike, it moves the weight without changing the way you cycle. And when you arrive, it transforms into a handcart, ready to follow wherever the cleanup takes you.

No strain. No detours. Just you, your bike, and a city worth keeping clean.

Clean city. Clean transport. Clean conscience. 🌱

🇩🇪 In Hamburg, the eTrailer is available to rent for private individuals and businesses. For immediate use, book at the @brenderup__use4free App or mail us: moin@nuwiel.de

Vorab reservieren. Unterwegs verlängern. Verfügbarkeit in Echtzeit checken.

Dein Einkauf. Dein Tempo. Direkt aus Altona. 🚲

A BILLY shelf. A bike. Your ride home.

When IKEA opened its first store in a pedestrian zone in 2014, it reimagined the shopping experience for a city where more people walk, cycle, and use public transport.

But one practical challenge followed: how do you get your furniture home when the shop sits right in the neighbourhood?

That challenge brought NÜWIEL and IKEA together.

Selected from 1,300 international startups for the first IKEA Bootcamp in 2017, NÜWIEL launched the first eTrailers at IKEA Hamburg-Altona in 2018. Free for the first three hours, up to 150 kg, ready when you are.

Now NÜWIEL is taking the next step. From 10 September, the eTrailers at IKEA Hamburg-Altona can be booked through the app.

Reserve ahead. Extend on the go. Check availability in real time.

Your haul. Your way. Straight from Altona. 🚲

🇩🇪 Available at IKEA Hamburg-Altona through the @brenderup__use4free app from 10 September.

Your city just got bigger. 📦

Not because it changed but because it is possible to do more on the same streets.

The furniture shop across town. The DIY store on the industrial estate. That weekend market with the great wine crates. Places you might normally skip because getting everything home feels like more hassle than it's worth.

The eTrailer FLEX changes that.

Its open-top design handles the loads that don't fit in conventional cargo bikes: sofas, ladders, pallets, and more. With full EPAL dimensions (960 × 1700 mm) and a payload of up to 150 kg, it turns everyday bikes into practical transport for both private and business use.

Bike lanes instead of ring roads. Front doors instead of loading bays. Ten minutes instead of forty.

The whole city becomes bigger and fun to explore.

🇩🇪 In Hamburg: rent the eTrailer for private or business use at nuwiel.com/rental
🇳🇱 In Utrecht: local businesses can test it free of charge for a month at Utrecht.nl/proefrit
🇧🇪 In Antwerp: trial it for four weeks through the Slim naar Antwerpen initiative at nuwiel.com/smart-ways-to-antwerp

Onze eerste echte ‘testrit’ zit erop. 🚲⚡️📷

Onderweg leerden we óók veel praktisch:
275 kg totaalgewicht 😅

Liefs, Wiesje & Reinout 😘
