Here we go again!

This November I’m heading down to Cabo to race the Baja 1000 SOLO once again!

This one is going to be a little more expensive than usual, so I made 3 different shirt designs to help cover some of the race expenses.

Shirts are in “Book a class” section at www.edgarcota.com 👕

If you’d like to support the program, grab a shirt! Every bit helps.

Thank you guys for always having my back. Really appreciate all the support over the years!

Now let’s go win another Baja 1000! 🏆🔥

3 TIPS TO CARRY MORE SPEED THROUGH WHOOPS

1. Stay in a Higher Gear
A higher gear keeps the power smoother and reduces aggressive engine braking. It helps the bike stay settled so you can carry momentum instead of constantly accelerating and slowing down.

2. Look Ahead & Anticipate
Don’t focus on the whoop directly in front of you. Scan ahead so you can see changes in size, spacing, or shape early. That gives you time to adjust your speed and position before you get there.

3. Keep Readjusting
Your position shouldn’t stay locked in. As the whoops change, keep making small adjustments with your hips, feet, and upper body to stay balanced and ahead of the bike.

Day 2 — exploring San Quintín.

Local trails, volcanoes, hill climbs, beach riding, good food and some unreal views. Baja never disappoints.

Want to experience Baja like this? I offer custom Baja riding trips built around your riding level and what you want to experience.
