Never Retire
Not a brand. A refusal to quit.
Reminding yourself everyday that competition never dies.

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Fitness should never just be something you pick up as a tool to prepare for a birthday, vacation, wedding, anniversary, or one moment when you want to look good.
For me, it’s a lifestyle.

And the more you train, the more you realize how much training mirrors life.

Sometimes you get off track.
Sometimes it hurts.
Sometimes the weight feels heavier than you expected.
Sometimes you get broken down.

But you come back.

And every time you come back, you have the opportunity to become stronger.

That’s the part people miss.

The goal isn’t perfection. It’s progression.

Think about it: what would happen if instead of saying, “I’m getting in shape for this one moment,” you decided to get in shape for life?

What if the discipline wasn’t temporary?

What if the consistency didn’t end with the picture, the trip, the birthday, or the event?

Because eventually, the discipline you build in the gym starts showing up everywhere else.

Mentally.
Spiritually.
Professionally.
Personally.

You learn how to endure.
How to push.
How to reset.
How to get back up when you fall off.

You learn to never get too comfortable with where you are, because there’s always another level to reach.

And speaking of another level…

I’ve got a new challenge. New goals. New standards. And work to do.

@bon_jovii and @fit.fanatics1 appreciate what you doing on the southside lil bro! For Motivational Purposes. 40+ and fit. Actually getting younger with age. 30 reps last year (right). 35 reps this year (left). Next year, the goal is 50. Who challenging??

A Year Later Stronger Mentality, Spiritual, and Physically. If you 35+ get up and do something.

Honestly probably haven’t done or could do pull ups since I was about 30. Two weeks ago, I tired and couldn’t do ONE pull-up.

Today, after finishing an hr back workout, I wanted to see where I was. First set 4. Second set 3.

No excuses but I’m 215, 36/37 arms makes it challenging. However, who can’t do 10 pull ups?

Here’s a challenge. 10 clean pull-ups in 30 days.

I’ve hit a lot of my fitness goals in the last yr however, the mindset is: Never get content. Never stop setting goals. @nvr_rtr

Day 1. Let’s see what happens in 30 days.

Former college basketball player.
Current U.S. Marshal.
Now running city streets one mile at a time.

The uniform changed. The game changed. The challenge changed.

The competitor didn’t.

Life can change the path. It doesn’t get to choose the finish line.

Daniel is still moving.

NVR RTR. Never Retire.
