🔥 OMAR — PART THREE OF FOUR: BREAKING FREE FROM EVIL CONDITIONING TO LIVE AND LET LIVE 🌱

Omar pulled out the protein myth. I smashed it. One by one, the few excuses he had were vaporised by knowledge, justice, respect and logical rationale. All that remained was him finding the courage to change his 26 years of conditioning.

Think about that.
Suddenly choosing to live differently from your family, your friends, your culture, perhaps your religion, and the society around you. That can be a huge mental step for many that are conditioned into psychopathy.

But when you bring the focus back to the VICTIMS — the sentient beings suffering the greatest injustice at human hands — the path forward becomes clear.

OMAR WOKE UP. 💚

I helped facilitate the change. But my greatest joy isn't waking up humans to live better. It's knowing that animals will no longer be exploited for Omar's choices. And perhaps, through his example, future generations of his family will never participate in this injustice either.

Humanity MUST evolve beyond this horror of animal exploitation and animal agriculture. We must learn to live in harmony with all the other sentient beings with whom we share this planet.

On this day, at the Brandenburg Gate in Berlin, a 26-year-old Egyptian man broke free from the conditioning he'd known his entire life.

But there's still one more piece of this interaction.

CHOOSING VEGAN IS THE BARE MINIMUM. NOW COMES THE CHALLENGE: WILL OMAR BECOME A DEFENDER OF ANIMALS?

Will he find the courage to take action, speak up, and help others wake up, too?

🔥 PART FOUR IS COMING. STAY TUNED.

🌱 Live vegan. Speak up. Take action. Defend the victims.

Mücken abwehren?🦟

Veganismus verlangt keine moralische Reinheit.

🔥 OMAR — PART TWO. THE PLANT ARGUMENT.

BERLIN. BRANDENBURG GATE. NO-BULLSHIT ROLY. 🌱✊

Omar wanted to justify eating everything and anything by raising concerns about plant life. But let’s get one thing straight: EATING PLANTS IS NOT THE SAME AS EXPLOITING SENTIENT ANIMALS.

A carrot is not a pig. Cutting lettuce is not the same as cutting an animal’s throat. Growing vegetables is not the same as breeding sentient beings into existence, claiming ownership over their bodies, confining them, exploiting them, and taking their lives for human consumption and selfish pleasures.

YES, plants are living organisms. YES, life on Earth is interconnected. But that does not make plants and sentient animals the same when it comes to nervous systems, pain, suffering, emotions, and the capacity for conscious experience.

STABBING A CARROT IS NOT THE SAME AS STABBING A DOG. TAKING LETTUCE FROM THE GROUND IS NOT THE SAME AS TAKING A LIFE.

We can nourish ourselves with plants without deliberately exploiting and killing sentient animals for food. The choice is there. The question is whether we are willing to face what our choices mean for others.

Omar is being challenged to look beyond the excuses, question his conditioning, and recognise the other Earthlings with whom he shares this one precious life.

WILL OMAR CHOOSE JUSTICE OVER HABIT? RESPECT OVER EXPLOITATION? COMPASSION OVER CONVENIENCE?

This is his journey. The conversation continues. The decision is his.

OMAR — PART TWO. THE AWAKENING CONTINUES.

🔥 WAKE UP PEOPLE! CHOOSE LIFE! LIVE VEGAN FROM NOW ON!!

🔥 BERLIN. BRANDENBURG GATE. ONE CONVERSATION. ONE UNPLANNED OPPORTUNITY TO CHANGE A LIFE.

Meet Omar, 26, from Egypt. 🇪🇬
Part 1/4.

I was interviewing another vegan activist when Omar interrupted. I asked him to wait. He did. He was listening. He was curious. And when I finished, it was his turn.

What followed was direct, forceful, uncompromising truth from a NO-BULLSHIT ROLY. I challenged his conditioning, confronted the contradictions, and brought the conversation to what matters: empathy, compassion, justice, and the individual lives of the innocent other Earthlings our choices affect.

Omar weathered the storm. He stood there. He listened. He responded. He questioned. He ENGAGED.

And I recognised an opportunity.

This young man has been in Berlin for just three days. After a mere three days he crossed my path at an Action I had never planned to be at. A moment that could change the direction of his life — if he's willing to question everything he's been taught about animals, challenge the conditioning he's grown up with, and finally recognise them as individuals deserving of life, freedom, and respect.

THIS IS PART ONE.

Follow Omar's awakening with Roly as we confront the conditioning, dismantle the excuses, and put compassion into action.

Because veganism isn't about being comfortable. It's about doing what's right when innocent lives are at stake.

26 YEARS OF CONDITIONING. THREE DAYS IN BERLIN. A CHANCE TO CHOOSE JUSTICE AND CHANGE THE COURSE OF LIFE.

LET'S GO! 🔥✊🌱

YOUR CRAVINGS AREN’T JUST A MATTER OF WILLPOWER. 🧠🍟 Ultra-processed foods are engineered to be convenient, intensely rewarding and hard to resist. The food industry knows what makes products sell ; and getting us to eat more can be part of the business model. Meanwhile, obesity and eating disorders are complex, multifactorial problems. We need to look beyond individual willpower and question the systems shaping what we eat.

📅 Sa & So, 17. & 18.10. auf der VeggieWorld Hamburg
