Just closed on the hardest transaction of my career 😮‍💨💥🏡
1. FHA Purchase on a Mixed-Use Commercial Building. 3.5% down + a seller’s concession. 🤫
2. My Seller is Incarcerated and has transferred prisons 3 times in the last 2 years. (Could you imagine getting listing, extension and closing docs signed and notarized on time?)
3. Interest Rates increased before the rate was locked.
4. The deal died at the table due to the bank underwriters missing a DTI issue (debt to income) so we had to reschedule.
5. I caught the flu when the closing was rescheduled, couldn’t even go 🤦🏾‍♂️

But S/O to the 🐐 @crystal.younglaw for holding it down and closing another deal out with me.
