What an experience! The @sasquatchproam was a great time filled with great people. Bodybuilding isn't what you would assume when it come to the personalities. Everyone is so kind and so supportive. We all sacrifice a lot to make it to that stage and we all recognize it in each other and give one another props. I got to keet a lot of really cool people. To everyone involved with this show, thank you! I had a blast. @wittmannphoto man you do great work! Thank you! @nwcctan thanks for getting my color perfect. @rikflex thank you for coaching me thru my peak and with my posing. @thebestinthenw for always blessing me with knowledge. Thank you to all my family and friends for loving me thru my madness. I love you all! #sasquatchproam2026 #npc #npcmensphysique #champ

Individual routine from this weekend’s @sasquatchproam 🏆 Stepping out in @absoluteaestheticss VOLT Collection — VIOLET SURGE ⚡️ These shorts were too 🔥 with that purple Sasquatch backdrop. 😮‍💨 I feel like @omarv33 and I brought a pretty sick package here for the last show of the year. 🔥⚡️ We took what we learned from peak week in Santa Cruz and adjusted the carb load for this final show, and it worked out very well. Kept things tight and filled out just like we planned. We also made a slight adjustment to my back pose and it’s honestly made a major difference in the look when we turn and face the curtain. Shit blew my mind. 🤯 It’s bittersweet knowing that was the last dance of the year, but I’m excited to get back to increased calories and start adding the density we need to climb the ladder. 📈 #sasquatchpro2026 #individualroutine #ifbbproposing #improvementsmade

WA state open down! Whew, what a weekend!! Great venue, great people and so much FUN!!! More dialed in this show thanks to @huyenperson_ifbbpro coach💖I placed in all the classes I entered well and most importantly I am getting advancing my journey. More muscle definition, more intelligence with my body responses and more peace with the whole process. Not sure on next steps quite yet but taking time to celebrate, rest and get strength back up 💪 more post show fun to come…. Best suit from @toxicangelzbikinis-I got so many compliments on the color and stones….best tan from @nwcctan I will be sad once it’s gone 😭this team is the best!
